Formulated specifically for tendon and peripheral nerve procedures, Dynavisc Adhesion Barrier Gel provides a temporary, protective separation of tissues adjacent to the site of the surgery or procedure during the body’s natural healing process to reduce adhesion formation.

Preserve surgical excellence – Improve patient outcomes

Product Overview

Dynavisc is intended to be placed around soft tissue and neural elements to reduce fibrosis and formation of adhesions following tendon and/or peripheral nerve surgery.

Dynavisc gel is supplied sterile, ready to use in a 1mL syringe with a flexible applicator.

Improved Outcomes

Dynavisc gel is designed to reduce the formation of adhesions that can lead to a limited, often painful reduction in range of motion. Dynavisc gel has been shown in clinical studies to reduce postoperative pain and increase sensory nerve conduction speed.1,2

Clinical Improvements following surgery with the use of Dynavisc for treatment of persistent Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.1

Proven Safety and Efficacy

Our patented dual-polymer formulation combines two biocompatible synthetic polymers proven safe and effective over more than two decades of use worldwide. Dynavisc gel is absorbable and contains no pharmaceutical agents or materials of human, animal, or bacterial origin.

Ease of Use

Dynavisc gel is provided sterile, ready to use, and requires no mixing or special handling or storage conditions. The prepackaged, thin flexible applicator allows for ease of application, while the clear absorbable gel maintains operative site visibility.

Patient Satisfaction

Reducing postoperative pain and adhesiogenic complications such as joint stiffness or diminished mobility can lead to improved patient satisfaction and outcomes, minimizing potential risks in future operations and patient complaints.

Stability

Dynavisc gel’s unique viscosity is flowable yet remains where applied with no change in volume that could adversely affect nearby tissues and nerves.
